Feel free to call any of the food trucks, place your order, and stop by and pick up your meal. Scandinavian Game Day will have tons of yard games and activities that you and your family can participate in. The Scandinavian Game Day will happen at Ephraim City Park. As we are saddened to say goodbye to Scandinavian Summer, we plan on going out with a BANG! A Scandinavian Summer Parade will ride the streets of Ephraim, Utah to commemorate the Scandinavian heritage that resides in our area. The parade will also commemorate all of the difficulties and hardships that we have and are encountering together during these unique times and how we have become stronger because of them.If you are interested in participating in the parade, registration will be made available July 1st.
